Rules & Regulations

All entry fees collected will be used to process deer that will be donated to the SPORTSMEN AGAINST HUNGER in the names of the PATRONS OF WEST TOWN ARCHERY to help stock local food pantries with meat.
Entry donations for the doe contest will be at least $2.00 and at least $2.00 for the buck contest. you may enter both contests. You may enter one deer per contest. You can win in both contests. You must sign up in contest BEFORE you shoot your deer.
All prizes have been donated by various archery manufacturers and their representatives. Their will be no substitutions or exchanges.
Both bucks and does entered must have a Wisconsin DNR registration properly affixed to the animal. You must also show your validated deer tag and hunting licence to enter your deer. no exceptions!
All deer must be photographed by WEST TOWN ARCHERY when entered. no deer will be weighed or measured for any reason by WEST TOWN ARCHERY.
All deer properly entered will have an equal chance at all prizes. 1st place through 10th place in the buck and 1st place through 10th place in the doe contests will be awarded through a drawing process. Those eligible for the drawings will only be those who legally entered their deer in WEST TOWN ARCHERY's contest.
All entries must be in by January 3rd, 2005. Drawing to decide winners will take place on Saturday, January
8th at 4:00pm at WEST TOWN ARCHERY. You need not be present to win. |
